                                                                   My Holiday

On the holiday I was really excited and ready for a fun times to happen but I fractured my leg so i was just staying at home. But luckily it got better and I get to have fun! 

So while I was at home I was relaxing on my bed laying down and feeling the pain down my thighs, it didn't felt good at all, I hate it. But I wanted to stretch but if I did then it will get worse, pain down my leg and I felt really uncomfortable. 

When i was staying in bed I started to feel tired but i said "can't sleep at this time" so i tried to do something other than moving my legs so i decided to grab my ipad and just see what I can do. I started to play some games and i couldn't stop but to just help myself to keep playing so i played for hours and hours. Until when someone came back.

I immediately turned off my ipad and try to look the the little crack of the door. And say "hi" to my mom. And that's what I do every single time. But in almost a week on the holiday i felt like my legs are getting better. No pain, no uncomfortable times, and no need to stay at the same place and the same things again. I think I was ready to do some of my favourite thing on the holiday. 

So i slowly moved my legs and to see if i can move it. My legs felt way better than before so I immediately went on the ground and yes! This is what i wanted to do in awhile. And yes if you ask me a question about how i go to the toilet is i just call my mom to help or i have my ways. 

Then after for only a day i was running, jumping, kicking, ect so on Friday my friend came to have a sleepover. and after the sleepover we get to go to the park to ride a bike! it was fun and the funny time was when my mom fall off the bike but her knee did bleed a little. and after all that fun stuff happened, my special holiday ended.  

         

Disco

  on 23th of August in 2019 there will be a disco. but i'm not going there. But i hope is fun for other people. The disco will might have some cool lights and people meeting other people and cool light sticks and good shirts or dresses if you were a girl but who need to talk about it. I think I went to the disco last year but who knows. And i sure people will be in a crowded space. And when people go to the disco, it will be dark and maybe it might rain so people might bring umbrellas. And when people go inside the hall it will be music and people dancing to the music.

My Art Transform

At class we choose our Transform for Art. there was Cubism, Graffiti , Pop art and Pacific art.
i got Cubism but I wanted Graffiti. But Cubism was actually fun.

Cubism is about color and shapes. sometimes you don't even know they are. like this picture

I ask one person and she said she thinks is a tree, grass and a dirtbag. when is actually a tree, grass and a house or something that you can stay inside.








 Cubism is weird but that's what it is. there's a person but on the right there's a face but on the side and the left is a face facing to you and that is what cubism is.

              Tuakana Fitness is similar to normal fitness like we do everyday exempt on Wednesday.
on Wednesday we do some fitness like we normally do. then we go back to class. like we do on fitness. but we do different stuff. I don't know what i really do but i know that we do something in the hall. but not outside. also, i love the hall because the outside is dirty and the inside is clean (But some places are a little bit dusty) but anyways i love it inside.

Khan Academy

  Our teacher told us that Khan Academy is gonna be our may do. but i wish it was a must do. Khan Academy is about math and subtraction and more! Khan Academy is my favorite may do and i like how it have videos to understand. they also have hints but it won't make it as a progress to think first! if you have a lot of assignments like 100 or like 65 assignments, and you didn't get to finish it at home, that's ok! the teachers won't get mad but if you didn't do it at all, then you'll have to have a conversation with the teachers. also if your watching a video DON'T watch a little and leave a halve of it because that means you didn't watched the video.

          In Term 1 we did some cool arts and i really enjoyed it.
  
                                                   Leafs 

         Leafs was my favorite art of all one's. because i get to do cool patterns and coloring it in. how we did it is to first draw any patterns like triangles or flowers. then we ask a teacher if we can get a marker and draw over the patterns. and the fun part is to color in the leaf. and done! 

                                             Name Cards

          Name cards were a little bit confusing for me but it was still fun. what we had to do is to first write our names down in a block form and after when you finish drawing the name, then the teacher will tell you what to do next. after that you will draw lines and and draw circle or any other shapes. then you color it in. and done!
  
                                               Oil Pastel 


           Oil Pastel was also my favorite but the leafs are still my favorite of all one's. this is the easiest art of all (maybe). But first we watched a video about oil pastel and then we start doing our arts. the teacher told us to draw a two or more colors blended together and on the top you draw a mountains on the top. Done!

Mclaren Intermediate School trip

Today i went to the Mclaren Intermediate School and it was so much fun.

      Why did we or I went to a Intermediate School 
  (for people who didn't go there or don't know why)
     
Why? because year 6's have to get to intermediate and maybe people can choose or decide and see how it's like for people to be like in intermediate schools.

                       What did you do there?

  What i did there is to look around the school and                                do some fun stuff.

                    Did you make something?

  Yes, and what it was is a mat. well a small one. the others made plate's, cookie's/cooking and wooden                 stick catapult/hard material building/ 


                              was it fun?

  Yes! it was so much fun! and my favorite part is                                  the building.

Camp

Camp was a small island but a fun island. What we did at camp was so much fun. And we get to have our cabin's. And do activities. there was water activities and just normal activities. And after our activities we get to eat some delicious lunch. There was chocolate but i don't really like chocolate so I just ate fruit like apples. dinner is way better than lunch for me because the food are warm and there's no chocolate. sleeping is the best part of all stuff that I do because after all of those tiring activities and eating, I get to go to sleep for some energy.

    Today on 8/5/2019 there was a fun             activity that we did today. When I saw all of the random object, I was ready but I didn't know what to pick out. When I was looking around for stuff that I want, what pick up was a two pipes. when I was looking around for placing the pipes, someone was asking me if they were aloud to take two pipes and i said "yes!" When i saw the obstacle, I try to test it out. after a long time of trying and looking,it was time to actually test it out. But I already tried it out so Charlotte did it instead. it was kinda easy until when we were on a big stick. when we sit down on the ground, we had to do 3 laps on the field and go back to class.

      Life Education is a place where you learn about your body part and about bullying or cyber bullying. When I was in the Life Education truck, It was a big big place with pictures and Harold on the wall. What we were learning there was about our brain and cyber bullying. it was fun and for me it was exciting. what we learn first is our brain. and cyber bullying. at the end of learning, we get to see Harold! i forgot what Harold said but then we left. it was fun there. i wish i can come back again for more learning.

1.What is ReadTheory?: ReadTheory is a website where you read and answer question. 

2. How does it work?: Well you first click sign in or log in if you already have a account, and you see a story about, whatever it is. after when you finish reading the story then you can see the box says QUESTIONS. now first read the questions and answer them just by tapping the long boxes. and after that, when you see a box in front of your face, you click the x and you do the same thing again.

3. Do you get a rewards?: Yes, do you know how? well all you need to do is to read and answer lots of time so that you can get a reward.

The Lock down practice

       On 1/5/2019 There was a Lock Down practice. When we were in the Hall, a visitor , was talking about the lock down and how to be safe. After the visitor talking about the lock down We were all told to put our heads down. The visitor said "wait" three times. after waiting and keeping our heads down our teacher send us back to class. But all of the sudden the bell was ringing. But the bell didn't just rang once, the bell rang all over and all over AND all over, again. the teacher told us to lay down on your bellies and our heads down. after a long time of laying on my belly and putting my head down Mr Biggie told us to go to the big field and listen to what our teacher said. FINALLY when our names got called we did our work.

Country Fair

                                Oratia Country Fair

On 23/3/2019 I Went to the Oratia Country Fair. At the Country Fair there was, A big Bouncy Castle slide, Jolly jars, A Police car, A Fire Truck, Foods, Fishing Competition, A Real Fruit Ice Cream Truck, Free Drawing, Guess The Baby, and The Strong Competition. My mum and I had so much fun eating Nachos, sliding on a Big Bouncy Castle Slide. Meeting My Friends, have a Lollipop, and Waving "Hi!" at the Drone. But I missed out one Thing, and it is going to the Hall! I saw Books that i wanted to read but she just walk past the Hall. But it was fun anyways. Better come next year!

Today's fitness 2

 Today on 14/3/2019 What I did for fitness again is a cross country practice. It was very hot while I was running. I was sweating a lot. I even think that My face was red. When I was running, I wanted to get in a cold icy water. Finally, when it was finished, I huff and puff until I was done. I took a big gulp of water and I rushed to the class and I was delighted.

Today on Wednesday 13/3/19 I Did fitness, and what I did for fitness Is a big run around the school. Today's fitness was a lot harder than the other one's that I have done. My buddy wants me to do it so I did it. It was a real big run that I was really sweaty. When it was my buddy's turn all of a sudden my fitness teacher said " does everybody  have your buddy?" everyone said yes. I said no. I was looking around for her, but she didn't come back. I take a big gulp of water, put it back in my bag, checking if she was coming, and she did! "Charlotte! Charlotte!" I screamed. She saw me waving at me and when she came to me she told me "sorry, I was lost" she said. And I said " it's ok" and we came back to class.
